Honest writing about where I'm at — physically, mentally, whatever's going on.
My condition started around August 15th, with the first symptom being a very bad feeling in my lower back. It felt like I was dying, like something was ripping apart. After a while, I continued going to the gym, but one day, I felt a general weakness when I woke up. It felt as though I was just bones, like I was wearing my skin as a costume. This continued for about a week, and I couldn’t do anything. I had to lay in bed, especially in a specific position, slightly tilted at 40 degrees.
At one point, I started to feel better and went back to the gym. I focused a lot on my back exercises and started taking protein powder, multivitamins, and micronized creatine, all by Optimum Nutrition. At first, the vitamins made me feel good, but after a few days, I decided to try the protein powder and creatine. After taking them, I felt like my brain function was slower than usual, something I had never experienced before. A few days later, my performance in the gym dropped, and my muscles felt weak. I couldn’t do my exercises anymore.
There was one day when I drank so much water that I couldn’t stop. After a few days, I started feeling the urge to eat constantly. The last exercise I did was a leg press, but with each rep, it felt like my life energy was being drained. After that, I felt sick again with massive weakness.
Around September 6th, my mom decided to use pesticide in our rooms, and I believe that’s when everything started to get worse. My sexual function disappeared, and the last time I felt anything, it was like something started to fade. After a few days, I felt so bad that I just curled up in bed, ready to die. My mom got worried and started to feed me because I couldn’t eat. I didn’t feel the need to eat or drink.
Eventually, I realized that going outside and getting some fresh air felt good, and I suspected it was the pesticide that was affecting me. I went with my mom to the hospital where she worked. On the way there, I felt like I wasn’t alive. I felt disconnected, like I was just a walking body, a corpse. At the hospital, my mom put me on an IV, and my sweat smelled like ammonia, which we didn’t know at the time.
I went home but couldn’t sleep for two days. Then, I started feeling a strange sensation in my lower abdomen, like a weight or something was wrong. I remembered pulling on my stomach fat pretty harshly before, and I wondered if that could’ve caused it. The feeling kept growing, and I begged my mom to take me to the hospital. At first, she didn’t want to, but the pain was so bad that we went. I had to wait for hours, but finally, I was seen. They tested my blood, and my AST/ALT levels were 500. I was all red and distressed, feeling like I was going to die. It was hard for them to even admit me, but they did because of my mom.
The first few days didn’t feel good, but eventually, my AST/ALT levels went down and the pain in my abdomen went away. However, I still couldn’t sleep. They gave me a sleeping agent, but it didn’t work. I was still awake and could hear everything. At one point, the middle of my abdomen started pulsing, and I felt waves of pain. I began to faint and ran to get help. I started to lose movement and felt heavy, swaying back and forth. I thought I was dying, but somehow, I stabilized myself.
Then, I had a massive urge to pee, like my body was emptying itself. The doctors gave me something to block dopamine receptors, and after a while, I felt weak and sluggish. I could barely move my legs, and they dragged as I walked. After that, the hospital discharged me, but I wasn’t better. I started collapsing again at a bus stop. My legs just gave out, and my mom and friend caught me. A worker there brought a wheelchair, and I was taken back to the emergency room.
This time, I started to lose control of my body completely. I could barely talk, and I felt like my body had been cut off from my brain. I couldn’t explain how it felt it was as if I was dead but still breathing. They did a scan of my head, and everything looked fine. The issue was in my abdomen. My pulse and oxygen levels were high, and I lost track of time. I don’t know how long I was out, but when I woke up, it felt like there was nothing inside my abdomen. My movements were jerky and mechanical, like I was moving in intervals. The whole time, I thought I was dead.
Eventually, the doctors said they couldn’t do anything for me, and my mom decided not to stay in the hospital. We took a taxi home, but I still felt like I wasn’t alive. When I got home, the same thing happened again. I started losing control of my body, and my mom tried to help by splashing water on my face, but it didn’t help. Eventually, I decided to sleep, and when I woke up the next day, I felt a little better.
We went to another hospital, and the same thing happened again. I went through more scans, but they didn’t find anything wrong. My creatine kinase levels were extremely high, and my blood saturation was off. After that, I started feeling a bit better for about a week, but I still had the feeling that I didn’t have insides. I also began losing muscle mass, and I couldn’t even clench my fists. At that point, I didn’t know I was bloated, but it went on for a whole month. Whatever I ate felt like it wasn’t absorbed, and my body and muscles twitched constantly. I couldn’t sleep properly, and I was sweating a lot, with a high pulse.
After two months, we saw an abdominal surgeon who recommended I take Duspatalin, which helped with the bloating and made me feel a little better. But the problems didn’t end there. I still can’t sleep, and my muscles twitch on their own. One thing I forgot to mention is that whenever I move in a specific position, it feels like I’m pressing on my insides, and I get a cold rush down my body. It feels like I’m dying, and my pulse rises. This has happened several times, especially when I press hard on my lower abdomen.
For months, my life felt like hell. I couldn’t even explain how bad it felt. I just want to go back to how things were before all of this happened. I want my body back, my muscles back, and my sexual function that I lost. I don’t feel any sexual drive anymore, and it feels unreal. My sperm is watery, like there are no spermatozoids inside, and at the peak of climax, I don’t feel anything no feeling, no euphoria in my brain. I just want to feel again. I want my body functions back, and I want to go back to how I was before all of this.
On the 20th of December 2025, we went to the hospital where I was examined and X-rayed. At that time, I was feeling very bad. I told the doctors my symptoms, and from what I described, it seemed like a spinal injury. During the examination, I noticed that I was less sensitive in my pinky than in my big toe. This led them to believe it was related to the L4, L5, and S1 vertebrae. They prescribed me medications: Enzymil, which is containing all enzymes needed; Milgamma, which contains B1, B6, and B12 vitamins; and Diskopathin, which helps with spine health. I've been feeling a lot better since then.
